Oregon benefit company
People, Planet & Profit
Tenatrak Software LLC’s general public benefit is a material positive impact on society and the environment, taken as a whole, from making industrial and facilities maintenance runnable. Fewer surprise failures. Less waste. A plant that lasts.
People
We build for the planner who owns the backlog and the technician who closes the work. Software that actually gets used means safer jobs, less overtime chaos, and a crew that is not hunted by clipboards and radios.
Planet
Unplanned downtime wastes energy, scrap, emergency freight, and the remaining life of a machine. PMs that fire on the asset, parts that are counted, and a close that lands on the right equipment are how we cut that waste. We will not pretend a CMMS is a climate program.
Profit
Uptime is the plant’s profit. Tenatrak has to earn one too. We will not treat those as a trade. People, planet, and profit sit in the same decision: what we build, who we sell to, and how we run the company.
How we hold this
Oregon benefit companies consider society and the environment in business decisions, in addition to earning a profit. The purpose is a general public benefit as defined in ORS 60.750 to 60.770: a material positive impact on society and the environment, taken as a whole, from the business and operations of the company.
This page is that purpose, in public. The legal steps are a statement in the articles that Tenatrak Software LLC is a benefit company subject to ORS 60.750 to 60.770, a third-party standard, and an annual benefit report to the owners, also posted here.
The first annual benefit report will name the standard we use, the actions we took, what got in the way, and how we measured against that standard. Until that report exists, we will not claim a score we have not earned.
