This public site is a marketing and inbound system for Tenatrak Software LLC. Tenatrak CMMS is in development. Nothing here is a contract to deliver software by a date, a price, or a feature.

• Demo requests and quizzes are invitations to talk, not orders.
• List prices on /pricing are then-current fees, not a quote and not a contract. Paid agreements use the fees in force when you sign, not a screenshot of this site.
• The /sales area is private, for Tenatrak staff only. No public signup.
• You will not submit others’ personal data unless you have a reason to.
• Oregon law, excluding conflict rules. Venue: state courts in Washington County, Oregon, or the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
