Asset tree
Sites, lines, rooms, machines, and the thing that actually failed. Work is hung on a node in that tree — not a flat name that three people spell differently. Planners and technicians share the same picture of the plant.
Work orders
A work order is a job on an asset: what is wrong, what “done” means, who has it, what it waits on. It is not a comment thread. History lives on the machine, so the next breakdown is not a mystery.
Planner console
The office surface: calendar, backlog, asset tree, PM compliance, parts min/max. Built for the Maintenance Manager or Facilities Manager who has to answer for uptime — not a wall of KPIs invented for a board deck.
Technician PWA
One work order at a time. Large controls. Checklist, scan, photo. Offline-tolerant enough for a basement and a Faraday cage of stainless. Close on the floor, or it did not happen.
PM engine
Preventive work is attached to the asset and fires on a schedule you can defend. When it is due, it becomes the same work order a technician closes — not a separate “PM module” nobody opens.
Parts
Min/max in service of work. A PM that fires without a belt in the cage is a calendar entry. Parts are not a second product; they exist so the job can finish.
